The Revive® individual sauna dome triples the benefits of every sauna session. Revive® is the perfect combination of three cutting-edge technologies to deeply relax the body and calm the mind:
Far Infrared heat penetrate up to 3.5 to 5 centimetres below the skin’s surface, thereby raising the body’s core temperature by 2 to 3 degrees and increasing the heart rate and cardiac output. This results in the burning of calories similar to regular exercise.
Red light therapy penetrates less deeply into the skin , between 5 millimetres and 2 centimetres to stimulate the production of natural collagen and elastin throughout the body.
