This processing is carried out by Neo Medical Systems S.A as data controller, whose registered office is rue Jean Engling 2, L-1466 Dommeldange, Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg Trade Register under number B148809 in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

Please note that we may use “cookies” or similar technologies as part of the Website and/or Services. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device's hard disk and contain certain information, including your personal data. In this way, the site can automatically collect standard information. Any information collected indirectly will only be used to monitor the volume, type and configuration of traffic using this site, to develop the design and layout of the site and for other administrative and planning purposes, and more generally to improve the service we offer you.

2. What data do we process and why ?

When you use the Website we process personal data about you. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

In principle, we receive the above personal data directly from you. 6. How long do you keep my data?

The data retention period varies depending on the nature of the service provided. We keep your data:

• As long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected and processed.

• As long as necessary to comply with our legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations and to fulfill our business operations.


7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to all your personal data that we process. However, requests for access that are clearly harmful to us and could cause overload or damage will not be processed. You have the right to request that any incorrect or inaccurate personal data about you be corrected free of charge. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data.

Moderation Policy

Any user in contact with neoms.com on social media agrees not to use the social media to publish comments or statements that constitute a discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, origin, disability, marital status or professional situation.

Insulting, offensive, racist or sexist comments or statements have no place on social media. Such comments or statements will be deleted and reported.

Languages

Neoms communicates primarily in French. Depending on the recipients, information may be communicated in other languages, namely English and Dutch, as well as in Portuguese.

To the extent possible, answers to any question or comment will be given in the language used by the recipient.
